PDF Highlighter is a free tool that highlights text in a given PDF file based on a list of strings. Its sole function is to return a highlighted PDF with all instances of the given strings marked. This site does not collect any data regarding the submitted PDF, the list of strings, or the final highlighted PDF file as it runs locally in your browser. This site also includes a handful of other locally run tools which are here if you need them!
